Your information
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 October 2026
This policy explains how Tenovaro handles information through this website and its software and AI-powered tools. Tenovaro develops tools for advertising operations, business automation, market and keyword research, analytics, and agents and workflows. For privacy questions or requests, contact florevaitaly@gmail.com.
1. This website and connected tools
This public website is informational. It has no Google sign-in, account connection, tracking pixels, analytics scripts, database or application cookies. It does not request or receive Google account data. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, URLs and browser information, for delivery, reliability and security. Your browser and Cloudflare may cache public website files.
The Google-data practices below apply when you use a Tenovaro tool with a Google connection. A tool must describe its features and requested permissions before access is granted. A new use of data that materially differs from this policy requires disclosure and, where required, your consent before that use begins.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and information you choose to send. Connected tools may also process your settings, instructions, reports and workflow inputs. Please do not email passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal data.
3. Google account and Google Ads information
Access occurs only after you authorize the relevant Google connection and only within the permissions granted and the accounts you are permitted to manage. Depending on the tool, requested permissions and selected features, information may include:
- Google account identity, such as email address and profile information, only if the tool requests the relevant identity permissions.
- Google Ads customer and account identifiers, account names, manager-account relationships, currency and time zone.
- Campaign, ad group, ad, creative, keyword and search-term data, including status and associated identifiers.
- Budgets, bidding strategies, bid settings and other bidding configuration.
- Performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, conversion values and derived reporting metrics.
- Conversion-related information, such as conversion-action configuration, attribution settings and aggregate conversion reporting. This does not imply access to individual customers' personal details; any feature requiring personal conversion data must disclose that separately before access.
- Targeting, audiences where accessible, geographic and language settings, schedules, placements and other campaign configuration.
- Keyword Planner and research data, such as keyword ideas, search-volume estimates, competition indicators, bid estimates and forecasts, where available and authorized.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain an authorized connection. We do not ask for or receive your Google password.
Granting a permission does not mean that every data category is collected. Some Google Ads permissions permit changes as well as reads. Any changes made by a tool must stay within the functionality and workflow you authorize. You remain responsible for the advertising accounts you connect.
4. How information is used
We use information to provide the user-facing features you request: retrieving reports, comparing performance, researching keywords and markets, preparing recommendations, and executing authorized operations or automations. Information may also be used to authenticate connections, troubleshoot errors, maintain service security and record relevant operational actions.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for unrelated advertising, retargeting, advertising profiles or data-broker services. We do not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Where an AI feature processes connected data, processing must be limited to the feature you request and disclosed to you, with service-provider restrictions consistent with this policy.
5. Google API policy and Limited Use
Tenovaro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Use is limited to providing or improving the appropriate user-facing features you request. Google user data is transferred only when necessary to provide or improve those features, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with prior explicit user consent, as permitted by Google's policy. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except with your affirmative agreement for specific data, when necessary for security, to comply with law, or for internal operations involving aggregated, anonymized data as permitted by the policy. These restrictions also apply to service providers handling the data.
6. Storage, caches and logs
This website stores no connected-account data. Depending on the connected tool's deployment, operational data may be processed in memory, stored locally on the operator's device, or held in an access-controlled service environment. A tool must explain its storage arrangement before connection. Local files and caches may contain retrieved reports, research results or workflow state to avoid repeated API calls and support the requested work. Browser storage may be used by a connected tool only when relevant to its operation; this website does not use it.
Operational and audit logs may record timestamps, account or resource identifiers, requested actions, outcomes and errors for troubleshooting, security and accountability. Logs should contain only the detail necessary for those purposes and avoid tokens and unnecessary raw personal data. OAuth credentials must be protected and kept separate from public website assets. Public HTML/CSS caching never includes connected-account information.
7. Sharing and international processing
Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, support or AI service providers only as necessary for the disclosed feature, under restrictions consistent with this policy. It may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security threats. Connected data is not made public by default. If you request an export or sharing action, that action may disclose the selected information to the recipient you choose.
Providers may process information outside your country. Where applicable, we use legally required safeguards for international transfers. The specific providers and processing arrangements of a connected tool must be disclosed before it handles your data.
8. Retention and deletion
Connected data is kept only as long as necessary for the requested feature, an active connection, security or applicable legal obligations. Temporary caches should be cleared when no longer needed; saved reports and workflow history may remain until deleted by the user or through a deletion request. Relevant operational logs may be retained for troubleshooting or security, rather than indefinitely for unrelated purposes.
You may request deletion of stored connected data, credentials, local copies and associated identifiable logs by emailing us. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a legal obligation or a justified technical limitation requires longer; we will explain any exception. Any recoverable backup copies remain restricted and are removed through their applicable expiry or rotation process. Reports you have exported to your own systems are under your control. Revoking Google access stops future authorized API access but does not automatically delete previously saved reports.
9. Revoking access and your choices
You can revoke Tenovaro's access through your Google Account connections settings, disconnect within a tool when available, or contact us. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request; we will not ask for your Google password. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to restriction, objection, portability or complaint to your data-protection authority.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the data and deployment, including HTTPS for this website, restricted access to connected information, and careful handling of credentials. Security practices for connected tools must address storage, credentials and authorized operations. No system can guarantee complete security, and we do not claim security certifications.
11. Children and changes
Tenovaro's business tools are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children's information. We may update this policy as tools and practices evolve. The effective date identifies the current version; material changes affecting connected data will be disclosed before the changed use begins.
